8 oz. Gorgonzola

1 small onion, grated

8 oz. Extra Sharp Cracker Barrel Cheese

8 oz. Cream Cheese

Tabasco sauce

1/2 C. chopped pecans

1/2 C. diced parsley

 

Smoosh grated onion and gorgonzola together in a bowl. Grate cheddar cheese into the gorgonzola/onion mix. Smoosh cream cheese into mix. Splash tabasco sauce into bowl and mix (hand is best tho’ messy). Form into two balls. Roll each ball in pecan and parsley mixture. Serve with crackers. Voila!
